Common Errors

Find solutions to frequent problems you might encounter while generating content.

Our AI models have a built-in safety filter to prevent the creation of content that is not safe for work (NSFW). This error appears if your prompt or uploaded media is flagged as potentially explicit.

  • Adjust Your Prompt: Review your text prompt and remove any words or phrases that could be interpreted as NSFW.
  • Check Your Media: If you uploaded an image or video, ensure it is appropriate and does not contain sensitive content.
  • Rephrase: Try describing your desired output using different, more neutral language.

Each subscription plan has a limit on how many AI tasks you can run simultaneously. This error means you have reached that limit and must wait for a currently processing task to finish before starting a new one.

  • Wait for a Task to Complete: The simplest solution is to wait a few moments for one of your active tasks to finish.
  • Cancel a Task: If you have a low-priority task running, you can cancel it to free up a slot. Note that you will only receive a 50% credit refund for manual cancellations.

Sometimes, an underlying AI model from one of our providers may experience a temporary issue, high traffic, or a specific problem with your prompt that prevents it from completing a task.

  • Try Again Later: Often, these are transient issues that resolve themselves quickly. Waiting a few minutes and resubmitting the task is the best first step.
  • Modify Your Prompt: The AI might be struggling with a specific combination of words or parameters. Try tweaking your prompt slightly.
  • Switch Models: If one model is consistently failing, try using a different AI model for your task.

This error occurs when the file you are trying to upload does not meet the required specifications.

  • Check File Size: Ensure your file is under the maximum size limit for your subscription tier.
  • Verify File Format: Make sure you are using a supported file format (e.g., .png, .mp4).
