Error: NSFW Content Detected
Section titled “Error: NSFW Content Detected”Our AI models have a built-in safety filter to prevent the creation of content that is not safe for work (NSFW). This error appears if your prompt or uploaded media is flagged as potentially explicit.
Solution
Section titled “Solution”- Adjust Your Prompt: Review your text prompt and remove any words or phrases that could be interpreted as NSFW.
- Check Your Media: If you uploaded an image or video, ensure it is appropriate and does not contain sensitive content.
- Rephrase: Try describing your desired output using different, more neutral language.
Error: Concurrent Task Limit Reached
Section titled “Error: Concurrent Task Limit Reached”Each subscription plan has a limit on how many AI tasks you can run simultaneously. This error means you have reached that limit and must wait for a currently processing task to finish before starting a new one.
Solution
Section titled “Solution”- Wait for a Task to Complete: The simplest solution is to wait a few moments for one of your active tasks to finish.
- Cancel a Task: If you have a low-priority task running, you can cancel it to free up a slot. Note that you will only receive a 50% credit refund for manual cancellations.
Error: AI Provider Issue
Section titled “Error: AI Provider Issue”Sometimes, an underlying AI model from one of our providers may experience a temporary issue, high traffic, or a specific problem with your prompt that prevents it from completing a task.
Solution
Section titled “Solution”- Try Again Later: Often, these are transient issues that resolve themselves quickly. Waiting a few minutes and resubmitting the task is the best first step.
- Modify Your Prompt: The AI might be struggling with a specific combination of words or parameters. Try tweaking your prompt slightly.
- Switch Models: If one model is consistently failing, try using a different AI model for your task.

Section titled “Error: Upload Failed”This error occurs when the file you are trying to upload does not meet the required specifications.
Solution
Section titled “Solution”- Check File Size: Ensure your file is under the maximum size limit for your subscription tier.
