Create UGC Content

This workflow guides you through creating a complete piece of AI-powered UGC content from start to finish. We will create a character image, refine it, animate it into a video, and finally give it a voice to create a talking avatar.

The Workflow at a Glance

We will chain four powerful AI models together to achieve our final result:

1. Image Generation: Create our base character with Imagen 4 Ultra.
2. Image Editing: Refine the character’s details with Seedream v4 Edit.
3. Video Generation: Animate the character image into a video clip with Kling 2.1.
4. Lipsync: Give the character a voice using ElevenLabs v3 audio.

Step 1: Create Your Character with Image Generation

First, we need a high-quality image of our person. We’ll use FLUX Kontext for its ability to create realistic and detailed characters.

1. Navigate to the Image Generation tool in your project.

2. Select Imagen 4 Ultra from the model dropdown.

3. Craft a detailed prompt to define your character. Pay attention to details that will matter for a UGC content video, like a simple background and a friendly expression.

   **Prompt**: iPhone vlog selfie of a vibrant, realistic American young vlogger with long, healthy hair (dark brown) sitting at a desk , smiling warmly at the camera, holding a sleek shampoo bottle with one hand. Soft natural lighting coming from one side to highlight shine in her hair. Blurred bathroom or vanity background with warm tones (wood, greenery, marble), slight bokeh. She’s wearing casual clothing, light makeup, real skin.
   **Aspect Ratio**: 9:16 (Portrait)

4. Click Generate and wait for your image to appear in the task tracker.

Iterate for the Perfect Look

Don’t settle for the first result. Tweak your prompt (e.g., change “smiling warmly” to “laughing softly”) or generate a few variations until you have a character that perfectly fits your brand’s voice.

Step 2: Refine the Character with Image Editing

Next, let’s make some small but important refinements to our character. We’ll use Seedream v4 Edit for its artistic and detail-oriented editing capabilities.

1. Drag the generated image from your task tracker directly into the Image Editing tool’s input field.

2. Select Seedream v4 Edit from the model dropdown.

3. Let’s enhance the “UGC” feel by making the image slightly more vibrant.

   **Prompt 1**: Change her background with a bedroom and she's sitting at her desk. Keep a small blur on the background
   **Prompt 2**: Add a purple shampoo bottle in her hand with the white clapperboard logo on it.

4. Click Generate. Your edited, more polished character image is now ready.

Step 3: Animate Your Character with Video Generation

Now, we’ll bring our static character to life. We’ll use Kling 2.1 to animate the image, adding subtle, natural movements.

1. Go to the Video Generation tool.

2. Select Kling 2.1 from the model dropdown.

3. Drag your newly edited image into the tool’s First Frame field.

4. Provide a prompt that describes the motion you want. For a talking avatar, subtle motion is key.

   **Prompt**: The girl is doing a presentation of the purple shampoo bottle with a clapperboard logo on it to the camera while gesticulating slightly with her hands
   **Duration**: 5 seconds

5. Click Generate. You now have a short video clip of your character, ready for a voice.

Step 4: Give Your Character a Voice with Lipsync

Finally, we’ll make our character speak. This step combines the video we just created with a new audio track.

1. Navigate to the Lipsync tool.
2. Drag the video you created in the previous step into the video input field.
3. In the audio input section, click the “Create Speech” button. This will open the Speech Generation tool.
4. Inside Speech Generation:
   • Select the ElevenLabs v3 model.
   • Choose a voice that fits your character’s appearance.
   • Enter the script you want your avatar to say. For example:

     “I’ve been trying out this new product and I am absolutely amazed at the results. You have to check it out for yourself!”

   • Click Generate. The audio will be created and automatically placed into the Lipsync tool’s audio input.
5. Back in the Lipsync tool, with your video and new audio loaded, click Generate.

Your AI UGC Content is Ready!

You have now successfully created a complete piece of UGC content featuring a talking avatar. The final video will appear in your task tracker, ready to be downloaded and shared on your social media channels. From here, you can repeat the process to create a whole series of videos with your new AI brand ambassador!
